This project started with the task of creating a tropical feeling garden in the middle of Shanghai. The owner loves Indonesian style and with a magnificent garden space they really wanted to get a bit of that feeling in their home. Plants where a challenge we tried to get trees and plants with biggers leaves that would not die in the wet cold weather of winter in Shanghai. The key of the success and the most important thing was getting the Balinese concept right which is based on decorative elements located along the garden. Even the dogs and cats had their own space integrated within de green areas.
